Meet Leanne

My journey into health and wellness began with a desire to help others. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, I earned my Bachelor of Social Work, where I developed a deeper understanding of the importance of supporting people as whole individuals. It was during this time that I came to appreciate the value of a holistic approach to well-being—one that considers not only physical health, but also emotional, mental, and social factors.

From a young age, I was naturally curious about how things work. I loved building, fixing, and taking things apart to better understand them. That same curiosity eventually led me to the study of the human body. The body is incredibly complex, and every person presents a unique story. I often think of each individual as a puzzle with many layers, requiring a thoughtful and personalized approach to care.

After graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2015, I worked in multidisciplinary clinics and later established my own practice. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping clients reduce stress and tension, recover from injuries, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic touch. My commitment to lifelong learning has led me to pursue additional training in acupuncture, cupping therapy, craniosacral therapy, and energy healing, allowing me to provide more comprehensive support for my clients.

Beyond my clinical practice, I am passionate about education and empowering others to take an active role in their well-being. Through my wellness blog, I share practical insights on self-care, movement, stress management, nutrition, supplements, and holistic wellness practices that can be incorporated into everyday life.

My Approach

As a Registered Massage Therapist, my primary focus is on the physical body. Massage therapy treatments are assessment-driven and designed to address concerns such as pain, tension, mobility restrictions, injury recovery, and overall musculoskeletal health. I use evidence-informed techniques to help clients reduce discomfort, improve function, and support their body's natural healing processes.

For clients seeking energy healing, I take a holistic, whole-person approach. These sessions recognize that our physical well-being is often interconnected with our mental, emotional, and energetic experiences. By creating space for relaxation, self-awareness, and energetic balance, I aim to support clients in reconnecting with themselves on multiple levels.

While these modalities are distinct, they share a common goal: supporting your overall well-being in a safe, compassionate, and client-centered environment. Whether you are seeking physical relief through massage therapy or exploring a deeper sense of balance through energy healing, my role is to meet you where you are and provide care that aligns with your unique needs and intentions.
