Leanne is a Registered Massage Therapist with a deep passion for health and wellness. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University before pursuing her career in massage therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. After graduating in 2015, Leanne gained experience working in multidisciplinary clinics and later established her own practice, RMT360. She is currently a licensed and registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Leanne takes a personalized approach to care, prioritizing a deep understanding of each patient’s unique goals and current condition to provide effective treatments. Recognizing that every body responds differently to various techniques, she encourages open communication with her clients to ensure that each treatment is tailored to their specific needs. Leanne focuses on targeting key areas of concern and, after each session, recommends exercises or stretches to support her clients’ progress and help prolong the benefits of the treatment.

 

Services Offered:

Relaxation to melt away the stresses of daily life. General Swedish Massage is the kind of massage one would typically think of when they think of 'massage'. Using rhythmic movements that vary from relaxing,sweeping strokes to the kneading of muscles. This kind of massage is used to prepare different areas of the body for deeper or more intense work like Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, fascial work, or to relax and decrease muscle tension/restrictions.

Myofascial Release to help the body move with more ease. decrease of chronic pain

Trigger Point Release for Tension Headaches and muscular pain.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) for circulation, decrease swelling, and immune system function

Pregnancy Massage, special considerations that are needed for each stage of pregnancy. For example, positioning, the body biomechanics affecting different areas of the body.

Cupping used as negative pressure tool for Myofascial release and increasing circulation in specific areas. v.   Cupping is beneficial for:

  • Increasing circulation

  • Improve range of motion

  • Promotion of healing and immune system function

  • Decreasing muscle pain/spasms

  • Reducing inflammation and Lymphatic Drainage

    • Breaking down scar tissues and restrictions in soft tissues

120 minutes - $232 + HST

Hot Stone Addition: $30 in addition to chosen massage duration(60 minutes minimum)
