This is the kind of massage one would typically think of when they think of 'massage'. Using rhythmic movements that vary from relaxing, sweeping strokes to the kneading of muscles. This kind of massage is used to prepare different areas of the body for deeper or more intense work like Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, fascial work, or for deep relaxation.
-
This technique addresses restrictions within the fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, joints, and organs throughout the body. By applying sustained pressure and stretching techniques, myofascial release can help reduce pain, improve mobility, relieve tension, and restore balance within the body. This treatment is especially beneficial for chronic pain, postural imbalances, and areas of persistent tightness that may not respond to traditional massage techniques alone.
-
Trigger Point Release addresses areas of concentrated muscle tension that can contribute to pain, discomfort, and movement restrictions throughout the body. Using focused pressure techniques, this treatment helps release muscular holding patterns, improve mobility, and support the body's natural ability to move with greater ease and balance.
-
Cupping therapy uses gentle negative pressure (suction) to lift and decompress soft tissues, making it an effective tool for myofascial release and improving circulation. Unlike traditional massage, which applies pressure downward into the tissues, cupping creates space within the tissue layers, helping to release tension and improve mobility.
Cupping may help increase circulation, improve range of motion, reduce muscle pain and spasms, support lymphatic drainage, decrease inflammation, and promote the body's natural healing processes. It can also be beneficial in addressing scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and areas of chronic tightness, helping restore greater ease and movement throughout the body.

Pregnancy Massage is a specialized treatment designed to support the changing needs of the body throughout each stage of pregnancy. As the body adapts to accommodate a growing baby, shifts in posture, weight distribution, hormones, and biomechanics can contribute to discomfort in areas such as the lower back, hips, pelvis, neck, shoulders, and legs.
Each treatment is tailored to your stage of pregnancy, with careful attention given to positioning, comfort, and safety. Supportive cushions and side-lying positioning may be used to ensure both you and your baby remain comfortable throughout the session. Treatment techniques are modified to address the unique physical changes occurring during pregnancy while promoting relaxation and overall well-being.
Pregnancy Massage may help reduce muscle tension, relieve aches and pains, improve circulation, decrease swelling, support better sleep, and provide a calming space for rest and connection during this transformative time.
